Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://mentalhealthcounselingboston.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, BH Alchemy markets and arranges Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Life Coaching Sessions, Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Individual Therapy, Spiritual Counseling, Wellness Coaching, Depression Counseling, Anxiety Counseling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://mentalhealthcounselingboston.com is the property of BH Alchemy or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. BH Alchemy makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of BH Alchemy arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify BH Alchemy from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
